Wayne E. Ferguson “As the founder of Cherrybrook, one of the largest pet supply companies in the world I have had the opportunity to meet and work with thousands of wonderful employees. In my business, or any business for that matter, I have come to clearly understand the emotional well-being of my employees is directly linked to their productivity. Depression robs people of their ability to be productive . I know it is in the best interest of businesses to deal directly with depression. What iDwDi is accomplishing with their ideas and visions will change the culture of businesses so those with depression will feel empowered to get the help they need and return to being happy and productive individuals.”
